      If the management likes you, it's a good place to work.

      Cons

      Once upper management decides you're no good anymore... Even though you're still performing the same as you always have, they make your life a living hell until you decide to leave.

      They offer good pay and require laborers to use correct safety equipment. The run government mandated training programs as required.

      Cons

      Loud boss who screams profanity several times a day, high turnover, they recruit people under the guise of several entities including RRSI (4rrsi) and EGI.
