Pros
It's truly an innovative company and international place to work in terms of the people here and partners it has. The core code is regularly re-purposed and expanded to meet new use cases and market opportunities, and I like that IRI is in hot areas like big data, data breach prevention, and modern data warehousing/analytics.
Cons
The company is not as well known as its bigger (ventured-backed or public company) competitors in certain markets.
