Growing quick, flexible with student schedule, all very personable + pay attention. Open to asking any and all questions, help you take control of what to learn.

Cons

Project variety, some legacy code with no interest in reworking.

Pros

Lots of learning opportunities. Great place to get experience in new technologies if you get on the right projects.

Cons

Company is very fractured. Working on different projects is almost like working for a different companies. Pay is low and bonus is lower.

Pros

Casual environment, great "perks" that you don't find at a big company - flexible Fridays, BBQs and bags tournament, GREAT flexibility for personal life/commitments.

Cons

Don't have too much to say...it's a flat organization so traditional advancement opportunities don't exist but you are constantly learning and growing.
