Pros
Free food, but mostly unhealthy options
Cons
No growth in the finance department. New CFO brought in and does nothing but argue, clearly does not have enough experience as one. Finance and Ops are not on the same page. KPIs from Ops will contradict or try and convey the story they want to tell rather than facts. Hybrid schedule is a joke, it does not allow the flexibility you may need. Turnover is very high. Knew that going in and was not different during my tenure.
