      Pros

      Cool office space, lovely work events, positive work environment feels like a neighborhood in the office, thats about it

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced environment to the point where it’s impossible to get all your work done in a 9 hour day. High expectations for a low salary. Insane employee turnover rate, people quitting or being fired every other week, which is noticed in an office of 50-60 people. If you’re not programming, you’re treated as replaceable and the CEO uses fear tactics to get what he wants from teams that he doesn’t understand the problems even when explained to him.
