      - not well respected by AWS which the entire business depends on. There is so much turnover, AWS can’t even handle the inconsistency - absolutely no onboarding, training or guidance for new reps or employees coming onboard - constant chaos with management breathing down your neck for things to move faster when the company itself doesn’t even have the appropriate resources to do the work - no one is going to invest in you, your future or your career. One slip up and you are out of there.

      Great looking office in Rochester DG Team You will develop depression and anxiety

      Disorganized, disconnected, and resource constrained. Leadership pressures the sales team to close business with 1 real SA who's so backlogged that SOWs are never answered on time. No training regarding processes. Massive turnover in engineering and sales departments. Favoritism. If you are not in the inner circle, you are scrutinized on every deal and given no grace. Lastly, it's a toxic pressure cooker. The CEO prides himself on going at "neck breaking speed" but the company doesn't run smoothly enough to achieve that, and their answer is to fire everyone and start over again, and again, and again.
