Pros

There are some outstanding people at this company, both in their personalities and their professionalism. The majority of the company is united in their goal of success for the company. To that end, the employees are encouraged to grow and learn and contribute. Collaboration, learning and advancement are encouraged. This can prepare you for career advancement, but be careful...you may like it too much to leave.

Cons

The pay is substandard, not horrible, but low.
