      Pros

      They have a fairly good employee package, with a good employee insurance plan, paid time off package and 401 plan.

      Cons

      They have little to no employee interactions, I have experience that the ability to talk with upper management is next to impossibly. I have made several calls leaving messages over a 3 week time period with no response.

      Pros

      Co-workers The environment there is laid back. The company has average pay. If you are just starting out then this is a good job to get experience.

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement. Management expects too much out of employees. It's difficult to get any training. The retirement plan is sub-par at best along with their tuition reimbursement.
