Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of variety and opportunity to grow in this company. If you have a good leadership and are a hard worker, you can get recognized and promoted. Benefits are fine and environment at the hospitals is good - usually people are in healthcare because they care about people.
Cons
Inova is a big company and it takes a long time to make changes/get things done. Lots of strategic initiatives in all the service lines and not good direction/prioritization for the limited resources. Clinical services always growing, but back office support is not and the tools are cumbersome or manual so it's hard to keep up with support the clinical growth.
