Pros

Large well established organization, Great benefits, options to work from home

Cons

Very disorganized with high turn over not only in Insurance anaylyst but Management. I worked for INOVA for less than 5 years and probably had 6 or 7 managers in that time as well as 3 directors.

Bi weekly pay, remote work are the only pros.

Cons

So many cons. Not a good company to work for. Low salary and always problems with getting paid and waiting on a raise.
