Pharmacy leadership is unethical and solely focused on moving themselves up the ladder and securing whatever kind of bonus ($$$) they can. The culture and mission values of the company are completely soulless and read like some sort of garbage HR buzzword bingo board. They spent MILLIONS of dollars rebranding the entire health system with a ridiculous logo that looks like 2 people yelling at each other yet there are departments that are horrendously understaffed. My former colleagues and I collected data and spent literal years trying to convince management to make changes with faulty processes and workflows but they simply could not be reasoned with. They will only allocate department resources in a way that contributes to them receiving some sort of bonus that apparently only leadership gets. Not to worry though, on employee appreciation day you'll probably get some poor quality t-shirt with the new company logo on it.
