Team work Lots of benefits $5.000 school tuition plus other scholarships Great work environment Give bonuses frequently besides of the annual bonus Great management in most departments PTO Flexible schedule, you pick your schedule

Cons

Sometimes we are short staffed, but they will give you a bonus most of the time if you pick up a shift. If you work for a specific unit they can and will change some of the days you chose to work, unless you have school or something else going on. If you speak with the management about it for the most part they will honor your days. If there is too much shortage, they may not be able to do so.
