      Great and fun employees and great in house manager. Good pay.

      Cons

      Inova Fairfax doesn't prioritize the effectiveness of Computers. In todays age we are headed toward everything being done online or on PC's in general. They are still using a OS that has been obsolete for the last 5 years and event though they are trying to change, they are still choosing to fall behind and not help out the IT department ( yes they know) . They are understaffed and overwhelmed. When we voice our issues, we get the response, " Get them Done", with no help from higher management. Too many politics to get IT stuff done in the hospital.
