      Remote is nice, manageable is lacking

      Remote work is a big pro

      Micromanagement Lack of good leadership Lack of care for employee health/family emergency Pay raises are cents…bonuses are non existent, they reward you in “bucks” to use in their store but you need like 20k or more to even get a $30 item and I’ve been here 2 years and have 750… it’s a joke. We don’t feel appreciated.

      Caring leadership, but constantly under-resourced

      Great co-workers and compassionate leadership

      Cons

      Chronic understaffing in all parts of the company, even before the pandemic. Salary is mediocre and opportunities for growth are limited. Experience and knowledge in the company doesn't seem to be valued.
