      Outside of building relationship with co workers , that’s it

      Cons

      No room for growth. Repetitive workday and schedule. Too many leadership and not enough hands on deck employees that ACTUALLY WORK. Also , inova no longer gives bonuses

      Attitudes suck around here and it would probably help retain employees if they worked on it
