      Flexible hours, great location to commute

      Cons

      Terrible management, unit directors micromanage team members. Not allowed to get sick days if so, expect for a reprimand.

      Great benefits, can move up within company. numerous locations, certain positions allow work from home either hybrid or fully.

      Cons

      yearly bonus is only 3%. without degree pay at certain offices are not as good as other offices.
