      Great teamwork, amazing exposure, positive environment.

      Cons

      Very high risk patients - can be a con for some nurses that prefer lower risk care. Hourly pay wasn't the best.

      Solid benefits. Better than average pay. Steady work with good people. PPE provided with clear instructions on the proper use.

      Cons

      Upper management should listen more to the front line staff. Work/home life can be unbalanced during high stress times. Increased word count to match requirements.
