      Good pay, benefits ok, generous PTO accrual.

      Cons

      The upper management in the system office are all cliques if you are not a gossiper, or butt kisser or a close friend of someone in a high position you will not prosper at this place. Recruiters are awful the interview process is horrid 5-6 panel Interview with a bunch of people who barely know their own jobs…directors talk about other directors then turn around and smile in their faces. They make anybody a senior director. Micromanaged by directors who barely remember what they ate for lunch. Stressful environment. The IT & Epic team are all incompetent as well, Look else where make this your last option or a stepping stone and don’t stay long.
