I have No pros to write down.

Cons

Pay dose not come anything near the amount of work that CNA are required to do. Good workers pay the price for Bad workers. State needs to visit more often and interview all residents and employees. Management here are really good at Lying but especial when they are are under screwing.

Everything else. Not a single pro. Management, stolen PTO, no recognition, no assistance, no motivation to do better. There’s nothing to gain here besides “how much relevant experience do you have?” On an application
