      There are many annoying things and they do add up but nothing critical that I can think of.

      Health Insurance Yearly review for pay increase

      Cons

      as of late this year, company policies have changed regarding unscheduled days off, ie. emergency, sick, and grievance. Only allowed 7 days of unscheduled days within one year. If obtained 7 unscheduled days employee is termination. Being in health care this makes no sense.
