      good hospital to learn at, good culture on night shift, staffing is typically adequate, 45 minute break(unit is very good about breaks)

      Cons

      pay is not good for area, culture on dayshift is not great, 2 to 1 ratio even if both pts in active labor,

      Great hospital for new grads

      Hired here as a new grad nurse, good residency program Excellent staff of doctors, nurses, APP in the heart & vascular building Renovating for the newest bedside technology

      Cons

      Periods of short staffing, but not enough incentive for staff to pick up overtime
