Pros
They have great training and a team for everything. They are really trying to turn around their image and become a premier hospital system. The pay could be better but the benefits are great.
Cons
Unfortunately, they are based in the DC area, which comes with a lot of politics and forced ideologies. They only care about the patient and will believe anything they say. Patients verbally abuse staff and have even gotten physical. No one cares!
