Lastly, after being trained to take over for someone when they retire, they will not allow you to take the position if they had to make a temporary accommodation for you because of your disability. If your director and HR want you out of the company but have no grounds to fire you, they will make you feel uncomfortable until you leave. You will walk around on egg shells.
