      My colleagues are awesome. Hard working in some areas

      Cons

      More concerned with corporate culture rather than patient care. A lot people want to say they "work" at IFMC but really don't want to put in the "work" it requires. There is a lot of marking schemes to make the public believe it's world class care when I've seen better in developing countries.

      Do not have to do as much ACA paperwork that you would have to in a private practice

      Cons

      I feel very unsupported by management. Patients are abusive in this area and the goal is to make them happy, even at the cost of staff.
