      Excellent colleagues (nurses, techs, physicians) dedicated and hard working Nice facility . private rooms Easy parking 2 cafeterias Diverse patient population with diverse pathology High acuity Reputable in the area

      Hospital run by administrators with minimal input from health care providers. very much a corporate culture Profit driven over quality Huge staff turnover Original thought looked down upon if not in line with administartion

      Pros

      Inova for all of it's many cons does have flexible work schedules, great coworkers, and an array of career paths. This includes both clinical and research based careers.

      Cons

      In my opinion the cons outweigh the positives. Very poor treatment of employees who are not MD staff, terrible benefits, understaffed and over worked, limited room for advancement within the organization, as well as being well known for underpaying employees. Many of these cons exist because they are simply the largest hospital system within Northern Virginia, which gives employees limited options.

      A nice Facility, Community Hospital Feel

      Cons

      VERY high turnover, constantly hiring and precepting new grads who promptly leave, SLOW to give pay increases, over all very stingy with money in general.
