      Rewarding yet very delicate job

      Pros

      Listen to all sorts of stories from patients, learn how to deal with them, work for only 3 days a week to be considered full-time, and build good connections with medical staff for those who want to get into nursing or in the medical field.

      Cons

      The patient can be dangerous at times, must stay in the room for 12 hours, cannot leave the room until medical staff is present, and can only have a 30-minute break.
