      Pros

      Very diverse and optimistic culture. Overall I would say Inova is a good place to work. Health insurance and other benefits are excellent. Inova is a large hospital system so there are locations all over the DMV to work at.

      Cons

      My specific department (Blood Donor Services) was not a good workplace. There was absolutely no work/life balance. Getting PTO in this department is nearly impossible, and mandatory overtime is expected.
