Lack of support from your management...no career ladder...manages deptartment poorly...always thinking about cutting cost while non profit spends at purchasing buildings and not drugs for patients or for its employees benefits. Worst benefits compare to smaller companies. I regret working for major corporations and monopoly for health care...always a bad employees who get promoted while others get demoted. Low quality employee satisfaction and low pay for high cost of living. More workload and less employees.

Definitely feels 'corporate', with lots of beaurocracy and lists of what you can/can't do/wear/say Always on budget freezes as they continuously expand; means noncompetitive wages with poor raises Consistently makes promises that are not kept with employees
