Can be very clique-y - fells like middle school at times leadership bends over backwards for clinical staff, but doesn't go out of their way for anyone else

Cons

Leadership doesn't know how to do anything and will throw you under the bus at any time to save their own job. Pay is low, promotions and hiring process is all based on favoritism and connections. Great first job out of college but run for your life.
