      Pros

      -Team members were amazing. This was likely department specific, but you can meet a great team of like-minded, and driven people

      Cons

      Management can forget that employees are more than just a number. They often pass on their passive management approach to team leads and it creates a detachment between manager and employees. Also, while RNs are truly the backbone of hospitals, emphasis should be given to other positions to provide opportunity for growth and remove the hierarchy of positions.
