      Pros

      Working in the ED was exciting Learning about strokes and trauma procedures Talking to patients For a while there was a great team environment Schedule was great for me Bonus pay Good benefits

      Cons

      The equipment started to break and not be repaired Disorganized Could be more efficient The best managers left one by one due to one person… who ended up leaving too. I hope it’s all better now

      Amazing and competent staff of techs and nurses. Doctors willing to teach. New technology.

      Cons

      Senior leadership. Totally unwilling to meet the needs of the staff. Only recognized negatively. Zero retention strategies. Would rather replace you with someone less experienced and cheaper to employ. Incompetent and unprofessional HR representatives.
