      Still a good place to work but changing for the worse

      Good people, nice PTO accruement

      Cons

      New evaluation system very flawed and not appropriate for professional level roles in small departments where only ONE person is able to achieve a high rating and top raise despite you still being an excellent performer that goes above and beyond what is expected. Is basically based on who kisses management's behinds, not merit based.....ask other employees in the department who are the better workers that care
