      Pros

      One of the largest hospitals in the area and they offer excellent patient care. Patients truly come first with this company. Pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Perhaps it was a unit based thing but sometimes feel like you are just a 'number' and replaceable. I do not think this is true for the entire hospital system. Employee insurance is decent but you would think that when using your own hospital that there would be more compensation.

      Pros

      Unless you are a clinician, it's a good start as a stepping stone for straight out of college students. Gain experience for future positions with other companies.

      Cons

      Poor pay, micromanagement and hostile office politics and favoritism. Management would use probation period to intimidate for the extra effort and take advantage of employee's intellectual property and then at will terminate without severance pay, even if you just had a newborn child. Employee turnover rate is high.

      I like the office and location where I am

      Cons

      I am totally over this organization. There was a snow storm today. We still had to come to work and was let go a few hours later only to have to drive home in the horrible weather conditions.
