      Great teaching hospital especially in any beginner-roles and great benefits

      Cons

      pay is on the lower side for this area even after having experience in the field/position

      Pros

      - Great coworkers - Nice orientation and preceptors - Safe ratios on most units - Nice facility - Good shift differential

      Cons

      - Management is a mixed bag, lots of change in leadership, it doesn't feel our voice matters unless it directly relates to patient satisfaction - Pay is too low for high cost of living area and no COLA since 2021 - Clinical ladder is a lot of work for a small differential
