Pros
It wasn’t too hard to get a full time position with decent benefits.
Cons
The entire work culture. I dreaded going into work each day. The silos were very clear and deeply embedded. There was no room for advancement. Mistrust and anxiety abounded. The management structure was terrible and likely based on a mix of cronyism and nepotism.
