Pros

Benefits, both medical and partner programs and discounts. Intelligent and thoughtful coworkers. New and improved corporate culture. Free training and CME credit offerings.

Cons

Fractured - so many locations/divisions/spokes/offices. You can feel isolated in your division. Pay.

Pros

Free parking. Free water. Most people are decent people (there are a few that contribute to the toxic environment)

Cons

Terrible leadership-The absolute worst I have ever worked with. Leaders here are held to one standard and that is the numbers for their bonus. Toxic work environment-don't believe the whole culture change discussion that you may read or hear about. The leadership continues to promote toxic leaders and then the good leaders leave. There is a real connection between the number of people that have left HR over the past 12 months and the toxicity level in the organization. Just research it. They talk work-life balance but it is frowned upon by most of the leaders. No merit pay so everyone doesn't pull their weight. A few do the work for all. A few employees are bad apples and are allowed to flourish with little recourse. You can only PIP someone so much. Employee recognition is almost zero. They do pass out cards for a good job.
