      Pros

      Benefits, occasional bonus if pick up extra shifts, tuition reimbursement, student loan debt repayment, maternity leave paid, extra hours, and great people to work with including the doctors, managers, and charge nurses.

      Cons

      Depends on the unit, the schedule can be adjusted according to the needs. Although, it is a self-scheduling system.
