- Poor starting pay w/ no experience - Large companies like inova can make you feel like they don't care about you - Recruiting team is stingy with salary increases on promotions - Your experience largely depends on your manager (good or bad) - Generally boring and unengaging

High level hospital so lots to see and do. The work isn’t boring

Cons

Upper management seems out of touch. Our president sends emails every week that are super touchy feely about inova’s values and you just know he has no idea what it’s like to work a 12 hour night shift
