First, I want to say thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We are committed to truly listening to what our employees have to say. That’s why, after our employees shared that they were concerned about pay via our Employee Engagement Survey last year, we launched a comprehensive review of pay across Inova. The first phase of the pay review has resulted in us investing millions into RN compensation alone, and adjustments are being made in other positions too.
