      Pros

      Large organization so opportunities to seek different positions and promotions yet being able to stay with same company and accrue benefits and tenure

      Cons

      high pressure, senior management expects staff to do more with less resources and staff stretched thin which can adversely affect morale

      Your co-workers become more like family than co-workers. The environment does offer many learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Aside from Shift Supervisors.......Management is HORRIBLE.
