      Great hospital system with many opportunities

      Pros

      Large hospital system with a lot of lateral mobility. So many various opportunities due to how many specialties and programs they have.

      Cons

      A person can become dispensable because of how large it is. If an employee finds their niche the community can seem smaller and less daunting.

      Management is more than likely to not support you if you are not a physician or physician assistant Management will not try to understand any technical explanation of why a certain practice is necessary to resolve any issue Inova has a history of terminating individuals around the 10 year mark, no matter how loyal the employee has been to Inova Inova is quick to terminate positions and slow to fill these, often to pay for new construction or acquisitions of property
