      Great benefits,nice people to work with, and you can learn alot

      Cons

      You have no where to advance your career, and the pay is not that great you have to work a lot of hours to get a decent check and the company doesn't keep personnel. It's an turnaround company.

      Wondering working with patients, it's a very rewarding job. The staff is generally great, and they help you along the way. Friendly enviornment

      Cons

      Low Pay Work on weekends/holidays and it might not be your choice. Management could improve, they don't listen very well. Not much growth

      Pros

      Progressive clinical pharmacy practice. A good stepping stone to move on to a more satisfying job.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. No empowerment of employees. Things are only given if you're liked, not if you actually deserve or earn them. No upward movement because people want bragging rights. Inova is also very cheap.
