      My specific department has a great working environment

      Getting big things approved is tough- everything has to get approved up the Inova chain, which tends to treat every non-physician position as a nursing position. One-size does not fit all.

      Lot of Bureaucracy Front-line staff gets flexed too much cut cost but Inova keeps building and expanding.
