salary received is below average of region when comparing mine on salary.com ( +~12,000 below). There are many IPTC locations to work for over the NOVA region

Cons

Lack of consistent clinic management across the different IPTC locations (choose clinic wisely) Poor management in clinics with horrible communication from clinical and nonclinical staff to upper IPTC management Moving up the 'clinical ladder' is almost impossible with the standards set EPIC is a disaster and you will take home a lot of documentation
