      Micromanagement nightmare

      Work from home and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Quality work out the window! Make your numbers and make sure you don’t have to use the bathroom! Every second has to be accounted for. Staff placed in supervisor positions and they themselves don’t know or understand the work flow. Very unprofessional! Lots of discrimination and very hostile work environment.
