Pros

Patients are great, base salary is acceptable, intense busy workday (which is mostly good, but sometimes not the best for patients)

Cons

Concerned only with profit and numbers despite fancy rhetoric to the contrary, top-heavy management, poor/no communication between managers and staff, problematic managers allowed to remain in their roles unchecked despite many complaints, inflexible schedules, terrible PTO policy, HR and onboarding process was riddled with errors and issues that caused significant problems for which Inova never took any responsibility and just tried to push under the rug.

No flexibility with schedule and it is extremely hard to accumulate enough PTO for an actual vacation.
