      Working for a company that is passionate about their patients. The company works toward continuous improvement which is beneficial to both patients and employees.

      My colleagues are awesome. Hard working in some areas

      Cons

      More concerned with corporate culture rather than patient care. A lot people want to say they "work" at IFMC but really don't want to put in the "work" it requires. There is a lot of marking schemes to make the public believe it's world class care when I've seen better in developing countries.
