      Interesting people, a lot of work to do, good benefits, sometimes relaxed environment

      Cons

      Management could be better in terms of employee satisfaction or communication, poor training, work varies from relaxed to crazy, a lot of work politics and choosing of sides

      - Solid reputation - Multiple locations - Offers bonus every time you float (urgent care) - Managers are fair (urgent care) - Offers some tuition reimbursement to RNs

      Cons

      - Pay could be better - Accuses employees of carelessness when it's actually poor staffing to blame - Very busy hospitals - I have heard nurses saying nurse to patient ratio is too high

      Great coworkers, made some awesome friends. Management was easy and positive to interact with

      conservative approach (work from home days are super hard to get even though at this age and time it's a given and we are all adults), super mediocre pay, very low flexibility, physicians can be pompous jerks, and it feels like Inova does not care about the credentialing department. There is no growth.
