      Two words...CTO and CIO. The worst I've seen ever. Iova IT leadership is fast becoming a laughing stock among the other Hospital systems.

      Pros

      Great location, nice eatery/cafe in building. Security officers on staff in the building. Parking garage with plenty of spaces.

      Cons

      More favoritism than you will believe. Management had some personal tragedies and seems to be taking it out on the staff. Management is very unpredictable. Management chose their best friend who worked in a department that has nothing to do with AP to be the a manager instead of promoting the person within the department who is more than capable and ran the department smoothly while management was out dealing with their tragedy. The best friend's immediate family member who also works in the department is supposed to be reporting to the best friend. It's a mess there. All but one person in the AR department resigned because it's such an awful environment to work in...very, very tense.
