      Pros

      Can move around throughout all of Inova Health Systems. If full/part time, you may apply for school tuition assistance (as long as you successfully pass).

      Cons

      Paid Time Off is in one bank, meaning no seperate sick leave, vacation leave, bereavement leave. Just all comes from you earned PTO.

      Pros

      Large, busy level-1 Trauma ED. Excellent well educated, well trained staff and providers. The environment and patient population continuously challenge one's skill sets and knowledge base. Overall good interdisciplinary team work and support throughout the department and with vital ancillary resources and disciplines. Very flexible with scheduling to accommodate staff continuing education, graduate studies, and family life.
